TWOONIE RIDES

Join the Squamish Off Road Cycling Association (SORCA) for Twoonie Rides beginning in April and running every other week. There will also be the popular 'warm-up wednesday' rides. Watch the SORCA website for updates.

SORCA ROLLER TRAINING NIGHTS

SORCA hosts windtrainer nights January to April to help burn off that winter flab and get ready for the upcoming season. We have riders of all flavours out so don't be intimidated. A training program is provided or you can pedal your own way. The workouts are about an hour long (a little longer after the first few weeks). Participants need their own bike, quiet trainer, and any other items that will make them comfortable, ie. water bottle, towel etc. info@sorca.ca for details
