Nando. He's old but still rides like he's 30.
How are you preparing for the Test?
Ride my bike 4 days a week. Run a couple days a week. Swim a couple days a week. Long distance road training/events. XC mountain bike racing.
How will you celebrate afterwards?
At my age .... a nap!
