Finish Line Expo
To all Test of Metal Sponsors,
As sponsors of the 2008 Test of Metal, you are entitled to space at our finish line marketplace. The finish line area is a vibrant, fun place for spectators to wait the three plus hours it takes for their friends and family members to cross the finish line.
I am the volunteer coordinator for the marketplace area. I am currently trying to gain an understanding of each of your needs for booth space, activities which may be offered and products to be displayed.
If you could let me know by Monday, June 2 what you will be requiring on race day, I will do my best to make it happen. In years past, each sponsor has been entitled to approximately a 10 x 10 sq ft area. If you require more space let me know.
Once I have received all your information I will advise of your booth number and area for set up in the marketplace area. Also, instructions for load-in and load-out will be provided.
If you do not wish to participate in the Marketplace, please advise, as there are other organizations who are on a waiting list.
