Registration Policy

PRO ELITE & COMP. ENTRIES – DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE

If you’re a pro elite, have won an entry or have a sponsor’s entry you must not enter online.

You get to use the backdoor that is accessed by emailing signup@testofmetal.com. Drop them an email and they will take care of you.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES

You will be able to enter up to 4 people on one entry form. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that neither you nor your friends enter more than once. If multiple entries are received for the same name the multiple entries are non-refundable.

NO WAITING LIST

Why you ask? Well, we're trying to be fair. We now register 1000 racers, but our past data indicates that 20% will not ride. This eliminates uncertainty, and feedback from riders indicate that they would like to know sooner rather than later that they're in the race so that they can begin their training.

NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS.

Under no circumstances will Test of Metal Inc., refund entry.

18 YEARS OF AGE & UNDER

You MUST submit a signed approval letter from a parent or legal guardian with your entry form. CLICK HERE for form and send to signup@testofmetal.com.

CONFIRMATION

All those that enter will receive a confirmation letter in their email within 2 weeks of entering.

CHECK-IN

All participants must check in and get their race plate.

Friday night check-in will be located at the Brennan Park Leisure Centre between 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm. RACE DAY Saturday morning check-in opens 7:30am and closes 10:00 am SHARP. No exceptions, be there before 10 or you don't race. Photo ID will be required at Check-in.

RACE TIME

June 16, 2012: Race begins at 11:00 am
